Can't watch friend game

Everytime I try to spectate it sends me to the end screen of the last game they played instead of the game they are currently playing. I'm trying to teach her so it is kinda hard if I can't watch the games!

Only reason what i know about is that sometimes people can be marked as "playing" even when they end with that play, so then it shows you just the ending position when you try to watch it...
But if it happens to you litterally every time then its weird...

it only happened with my friend the other day and I know she was playing. I was able to see every other friends games

same cant watch i join the game and no opponent, but only happens with 1 specific person. that person also tried another acc still didnt work, yet they can watch me. edit: its kinda random i was watching someone else and then after a game or two the same bug happened its so dumb

It happens to me all the time. The solution is to clear the cache for chess.com in your browser. 

Probable reason for that is that even though chess.com changes the link to another current game, browser already has it in cache and showing you the cached version. 

I have exactly the same issue - it always takes me to my friends previously finished game, even though they are playing live. Very annoying when trying to watch your mates play and you cant... tried clearing the cache but still didn't work unfortunately.

Chess.com need to sort this out its a proper issue.
