castling on the Queen side

you can castle queenside, O-O-O. Move King two spaces same as regular castle.
bt my question is the queen if never moved can never jump over a rook that has previously not moved???!!!!!!!!>!
The queen never participates in castling operations. Below is an example of both castling queenside (O-O-O) and castling kingside (O-O).

yes , you drag the king and the rook will follow, but make sure you drag the king 2 spaces.
If you move the rook first it will be accepted as a rook move .
