Changing Alert Sound

Under Edit Profile, I have the option to play a sound when I move.  Is there a way to change the sound?  Sometimes, I'm waiting for someone to move, and I get up from my computer to putter around the apartment a bit.  A distinctive sound would get my attention more than the one that's available right now.

There was a resounding silence the last time this question was raised ... alert-sounds---customisation.

I sent an e-mail to the Powers That Be of this site.  I was told that changing the sound is, at this moment, not an option, but it is something they will consider in a future upgrade/update.

I'm not holding my breath, but it would be a nice option.

Any updates since 2008? I would like to change the 10 seconds remaining sound.
