Changing Tactics settings

Based on my tactics rating the avg time was changed to target time. How do I change target time back to avg time?

What do you mean exactly? 

The TT was changed recenty time increase the range and add a Target Time, but that just is the time to sole to get 100%. The Average Time is still used.

I received a message saying based on my current rating they were going to use target time instead of avg time. I use to see avg time now I only see target time. It seems like the scoring is now much harder now. I went from 1600 (approx) to 1200. 

Maybe the site reset your stats. Based on other topics, if people had vastly unrealistic ratings, they reset them. There used to be a bunch of 5000+ TT rated players and those were reduced. 

Looking at your history, it looks like you may have been reset to 400 because and you have made it to your current rating from there.  Your last 25 tactics looks like they are being scored the normal way, where solving it it in the Target Time gives you 100% and solving it in any other time gives a sliding rating based on how close to the average time it is.

That explains a lot. I just recorded another tactics video for my YouTube channel and I was only getting 1 pt per puzzle because I was obviously going way over the target time with explanations. I didn't get any rating reset though, I'd recently reset my own rating to 1200 anyway.
