someone just accused me for cheating in a live game, his evidece was the fact the my moves matched his chess master program, ive never used a chess program in my life. is it against the rules to use one of them? an if so, surly he's the cheat for looking at one during a game?

What an odd accusation for your opponent to make. I just looked at your live game history since you said the game was just played and found 2 games played today with one loss and one win - a Sicilian won on time in basically an even position after 20 moves. Both sides played well, but there was absolutley nothing to indicate either side was using an engine to determine his moves. I don't know if following a game on a program while playing is illegal, unless one actually uses the program to find a move or a line, or even to check for tactics. So, if your opponent had a program going, it may have been illegal, but possibly not - though with "not" being pretty unlikely.
