I can assure you that you did not play a cheater. First of all they are much more common at the 2000+ level, and even then Ive only had 11 out of thousands of games. I think it is very unlikely that you even faced 1 cheater, your opponents are simply playing well.

What do you think about people who use programs or AI to help them play chess? I notice that mostly people from India do it. I always lose when I play with white pieces against Indians. Is there a possibility to block the whole country? I want to play against people who just play chess like me. Without help, manuals, tutorials.
