Cheating

According to chess.com if the account is not closed in a few days then they most likely did not cheat. Interesting use of words. Maybe yes or maybe no ,we don't know.

However there are some long term cheat accounts that get away with it...I just experienced a 2 year old account I was reporting got banned for cheating...but most likely they had just started because there was an extremely large winning streak that went from 2100-2300 rapid
not to mention that there was a GM who got caught cheating in an OTB tournament and he won a titled tuesday recently as well, with some incredible accuracy, Kramnik pointed that out as well, so Kramnik has been on to something all along and he only questions the established strong players, what is going on in the lower rated pool is ten times that and there been numerous low rated players admitted to using engine alongside, which somehow help them learn the game

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.
