Cheating at crazy house? That's crazy...

So I just got an message from Chess.com that stated my rating was adjusted because my opponent was cheating at crazy house.

How exactly does one cheat at crazy house? I can't see there being a crazy house engine because there are waaay too many variations for an engine to analyze. I think this is one of those times where human intuition outweighs a computer's tree-like analysis.  So in any case, how does one cheat at crazy house?

There are many engines that play crazyhouse. Sjeng is the first one that comes to mind, but there are several more.

It's not much more than a regular game...

Crazyhouse is just a prolonged tactical fight. It takes the strategy and endgame considerations out of chess.

So if anything it's the opposite. Cold hard calculation should trump everything. Intuition should be next to worthless.
