I recently had a winning Rook + King vs. King, which I know how to win. However, I had only 15 seconds left and wasn't able to win

Any tips to get faster at this checkmate?

Just practice it against a bot, that's all I can say.

Good luck with that. That is very hard to do in 15 seconds, because the opponent has a lot of move choices.
