Chess 960 will now take over! (And what this means...)

Magnus is ahead of curve (again) and has dropped out of the traditional chess WCC cycle and got behind a big 2025 chess 960 tour. This is just the beginning... as GMs weary of the insane amount of deep prep they have to do (playing against the computer up to move 30).

Then chess960 will trickle down to the average players... what will it mean?
It will mean daily (aka correspondence) chess will become more popular than bullet/blitz -- without opening theory bullet/blitz will be chaos. Players will enjoy creating new plans in uncharted territory -- deep thinking.

Get in early and start playing daily/correspondence chess 960!
Drop the bullet/blitz habit. Don't be left behind!
