Chess Challanges

I have played over 500 games online in all variations from 3,5 & 10 minute blitz, to 30 minute games and correspondence chess and I have NEVER been challanged to any game accept the correspondence chess. it's no biggie, because whenever I feel like playing an online game, I issue a challange and within 30 seconds someone accepts.  Just wondering how come I don't get issue challanges while I am logged in. And I don't mean a challange from a specific player, just a general challange from someone looking to play?

I think you click to 'open seeks' on the righthand dashboard, and you should get a list of open challenges, any of which you can accept.

I can not find the "open seeks" option you just mentioned.  When I click home in upper right hand column, I see many options but not the one you mentioned. 

When you hover over "home", the second option down is "online chess". Click that, and then in the right middle of the page there will be a dashboard (NOT the home button) which has the button "open seeks".
