i dont have this problem, but you can check the leaderboard and a 2108 rated player would fall in around #4543-4593

I have searched the leader board I did not find my name. If this bug is with many players. then the ranking, percentile which they are showing to other players are just a lie.
Until today, I didn't know of anyone else with the problem. Now I can see it is quite common. Shame on chess.com for not sorting it out in 24 hours (it's been broken for a long time already).

hans nieman had a similar issiue
Yep, this is affecting my account as well for rapid (which is the only TC I play). I also reported it, but this issue has been ongoing for weeks.
For your info its takes over 5 months to fix software problems take it from me a java coder it can take for ever!

Little different for a multimillion dollar company with 600+ employees. This is a core feature and shouldn’t take over a month to remedy

Some of my friends are paying subscription. They have a right to know that the ranking shown in the leaderboard is not right and feature is not working properly for atleast 1.5 months. as per my report to chess.com, they are pretty aware of the situation. they should have atleast sent an apology note to all its users informing about the bug with an expected time to fix the issue. I feel what they are doing is unethical.
A little research indicates that the fault probably applies to MOST high-rated rapid players. I suspect this is because the large majority (over 90%) of such games seem to be 10 0 (@MGleason came up with the inciteful hypothesis that the fault is due to the re-classification of 10 0 as rapid).
I agree with @shashi30kr about the severity of this fault. The absolute core functionality of chess.com is to enable rated games that rank players. IMHO, the slowness in fixing this problem is not due to the difficulty of identifying what is wrong - the functionality is very simple - ratings are used to generate a ranking, with a simple filter based on the number of games played in 90 days. In fact, without any knowledge of the code, it is safe to say the fault is obviously in the latter code (it looks like it is incorrectly counting 10 0 games). How many days can it really take to unravel that?
The slowness is because no-one is trying to fix the problem.
Chess.com saying it is a "known problem" is like someone complaining they are not being treated for cancer and the doctor saying "it's ok, we know you have cancer".

I doubt 10|0 reclassifying to rapid is the issue — that change was made over 3 years ago, while this leaderboard issue has only been happening for a few weeks.
Still, frustrating as Im trying to keep track of my rapid ranking. I also reported this and they said its being worked on, but who knows..
I don't think it is 3 years.
When I looked at active rapid players, the ones playing 10 0 exhibited the fault and the first one I looked at playing 15 10 didn't (it seems people are pretty habitual, or the picture would be less clear).

Change was made Sept. 2020. Would be strange if that only started having an effect now. I play a mix of 10|0 and 15|10 rated.
I hope chess.com can get to the bottom of this — they’re supposed to be the #1 chess site for competitive play, but I cant even see where I rank amongst the competitors.
If this was happening with a game like League of Legends or DOTA, it would cause such an uproar it would be fixed in less than 24 hours.
It's working for me in blitz, which is my lowest rating and I only play 5 mins + 0. It isn't working in the other three, Daily, Daily960 and Rapid. I haven't played these for a good while. In rapid it seems completely broken since it isn't giving my highest rating correctly. I may have been playing 15 + 5 in rapid or something like that.
You haven’t played a rated rapid in over 90 days, which disqualifies you for the rankings / leaderboards. If you play 1 rated game you should appear again, although I have played multiple rated games within 90 days, met all the other criteria, but I dont show up.
The biggest problem for chess.com is their inability to inform their all users about the problem even after knowing that it exists and they are unable to fix it. Some of the users are paying for the subscription even if their rankings are being shown that is not the right ranking. This looks more like they are hiding their inefficiency deliberately and this alone is highly unethical from an organization which writes pages about ethics.
On a lighter note Magnus Carlsen should disown his association with chess.com on morality

Not quite. While one game is enough for daily, I have been informed that 20 games is meant to be required to get a rapid ranking. However, playing more still leaves no ranking for me and many others.
So I have a rating of 2109 in Rapid. But I am not shown in the ranking of chess.com. I reported this to chess.com. they said that it is a known problem and they are trying to fix it but , it has been 1.5 months still the problem remains.
Anyone also have the same problem ?
