So I take it no one is interested in this change. Perhaps someone from chess.com can answer as to why this was changed?
Chess.com removed player statistics
Similarly curious and confused about the change. Was sporting a .7% resignation and want to know why these statistics were suddenly removed. Very much wanting things reverted back, or at the very least an explanation as to why it was changed in the first place...
not a big deal, but it was an interesting piece of information.
of course you can still go to your list of games & filter by result, but that's far less convenient.

Yeah and there is no way now to find out specifics like how many games were timeouts, or checkmate etc.
What's frustrating as well is chess.com just removed it without any announcement or explanation.

Most changes aren't accompanied by announcements or explanations.

see my post above. in games/archive/username you can filter for pretty much anything.
for example, you won 3338 bullet games by timeout, or 39,6% of your total wins. 2168 via checkmate, very impressive.

Having explored that option of games/archive/username, i can find percentages after doing some math, but it doesnt have any filter setting i could find to sort between bullet, blitz, 10 minute, and other game variants. Instead, it presented data from every type of game, unlike the previous statistics that were specific to each.
Accounting for the possibility of user error, is there another method besides searching in the game archive?
you can filter for that. change "all recent games" to "live games" and remove the checkmark from "all live types". then you can pick bullet/blitz/rapid or even variants.

I wish it was impressive, but thank you nonetheless! In bullet I lose so many matches to timeouts, and probably at least half the time I have winning positions. Its my weakest category, but I still like it as it helps keep my mind engaged!
One time, I wrote to chess.com because the "checkmate/time/resign" percentages were totally wrong... The answer (I paraphrase) was that there was a technical problem and they were solving it, but in the meantime, they gave me a free month of premium... After which, they still hadn't solved the issue... So I guess they decided to get rid of it for non-premium players... Anyhow, by then, I'd played enough to know my average was 50%+ wins by checkmate and 80% losses by time out... So yeah, whatever...

Also this does not provide any method for seeing another players statistics. Chess.com still never made any statement as to why this feature was removed.

As of I believe yesterday chess.com removed player statistics. You can apparently only see win and loss ratio. You cannot see wins/losses from mate, time, resignation etc, either for yourself or others.
