#3: how do you win the game, if you dont have the material to mate?
Chess.com - room for improvement

For #3: If there is no material left, the game can go on indefinitely, until the 50 move rule draw - perhaps this is what the OP is implying? That the opponent has to make 50 moves before his/her time runs out... which is ridiculous.
There are issues with flagging rules, but they are subtle and rather uncommon.
Dear Chess.com,
First of all please accept my Congratulations for the current level of the site development and for the success in connection with the number of registered players.
On the other side, I would rise some topics mandatory to be solved:
1. It is mandatory to have a "Customer desk" to collect players oppinons and suggestions, feedback and complaints.
2. It is not normal to consider a match lost for a player who lost the connection for 60 sec as long as a player could "think" for the next move "unlimited" time.
3. It is not normal to consider a match draw for insufficient material as long as one of the players reach his time limit, but has enough material to continue the game if has no time issues. It happends to me twice in the last weeks and I consider this an abuse.
Thank you for your anticipated feedback.
Best regards,
