Chess.com support sucks

Has anyone else had a hard time with chess.com’s customer support? I’ve been trying for days to get my account appealed for a false closing and haven’t gotten a response from them at all. They responded to my first email and that was it. Wasnt helpful at all. I’m also a paying customer to Chess.com. Do they only respond to GM's or popular youtubers???

I've contacted them a couple of times and support has gotten back to me less than 24 hours both times. Are you using the Help -> Contact support -> My account is closed option?

I did, but they are probably busy.

Usually chess.com support responds within 3 business days, but they may take longer if busy as others mentioned. What is also likely is that the response chess.com sent to your email was sent to a spam folder mistakenly if you don't have that setup.

Chess.com support is really helpful IF you get a reply. Response to queries seems like a very part-time activity.

As you're not a mod, you shouldn't post using any sort of green. Chess.com has traditionally been very strict with that - maybe they're less so nowadays, but still.
