I hate playing computer because the lack of personality... combined with no feeling of accomplishment beating computer. Aka if I beat it I just think to myself I didn't set it to hard enough lol... so I don't try as hard when playing computer as I do a real person.
Chess computer ratings are way off.

Don't the engine's ratings change based on their wins and losses against humans?
I don't think you can say it's rating is ____ but in reality it plays like ____.
If you beat humans more easily, my guess is your openings are bad, but confusing, and you play for tactical tricks. The engine just ignores the tricks, so you lose. So my guess would be just play more solidly and wait for the engine to blunder.

Well in blitz games like 3 min. or in bullet games yeah I kinda throw out the (best moves) sometimes and instead try for a mate in 1 and hope they miss it and pretty much build on that mate in 1. I always start out with theory in the beginning but once middle game hits I throw out most passive moves that may or may not be good. Another advantage the engine has that I've noticed is that it plays so much faster then just about any real person would so it saves so much time.

WHEN I PLAYED LEVEL 8 ,EVERY MOVE WAS LIKE A PREMOVE

My rating appears pretty low here.. but I am able to consistently come to a king and pawn endgame.. or king and rook endgame with the 2000 rated Chess Engine the app has (only losing on small blunders.. or having poor pawn structure in the endgame) With that said.. can someone explain? And.. maybe help me out with an estimate rating I could be at being able to get that far against it?

So for a while now I usually play real people in real games and in blitz I'm usually always around 1550 to 1700, but when I play the computer in a real game I have a difficult time beating it rated at 1500. Why is it that I can beat real people rated at 1700, but I can't beat the computer rated at 1600 and rarely at 1500? I've played the computer every now and then I have noticed that it can play so much faster then any person can and it never blunders, so how can what seems what should be rated at 1800 be rated at 1600?
