It would be nice to create chess crusades, a friendly match between christians and muslims in chess 

Who will win?

I think christians have the upper hand

We have better swords and armors, it's accurate history

It would be cool to have a group that pits opposing faiths in peaceful respectful competition.

but perhaps one exists, or perhaps if you are interested you can propose a group between these two groups of people.d

ofc, it will be a little tricky to find groups of people who are muslim but surely they exist.

I think muslims are worst than the average christians in general, but it would be an interesting match

it is horribly unchristian to attack someone just because of their faith.

@web. perhaps we can play a game and chat one of these days.   one of the problems I think is that here in america, we only hear about the terrorists.   but there are a lot of good godly muslims.

I'm realizing that we are nearly getting into a forbidden subject.

we shouldn't talk about religion, but we could perhaps find people that would like a great chess match across two of the worlds religions.

if there is any genuine interest in it- count me in.

Mir Sultan Khan. Look him up. I believe Muslims also wrote important works on chess in the late middle ages.

He was from India, but alledgely converted to Islam

How does being an Indian exclude him from being Muslim? There are millions of Indian Muslims. And once a Muslim, always a Muslim, so I believe it goes.
