The books of the same color go together. I think they're mostly good, but the chapters on openings, at least in the orange books, weren't as good in my opinion.

Here's an older topic about them.

Martin thanks for the link , it makes very interesting reading, and I think these books are well worth buying.

Yeah, I've done the first three once and probably should do them again. I started the first book in the 2nd series and did very poorly on the quizzes/tests, so set it aside for another time.

This is the most confusing set of books (in terms of a title) ever. I own 6 of them, and even now, every time someone mentions them, I have to google what order they're in.

Lol same. I have the first 6 and still have to double check sometimes.

It goes like this Nylon. Each book is divided into 26 chapters. Each week you are supposed to read a couple chapters and review the previous chapter. Each chapter is about a different subject. It’s certainly a lot of hard work (to make yourself do it every week.) They are expensive and certainly not for everyone. I didn’t really feel like they helped me too much. It is really just a book full of tactics. However other people say it’s a great book that helped them a lot. I would recommend you just buy the first one for now and see how you like it. After all you’re only going to need one book for at least a couple months.
