I play online and study like crazy the week before the day before is a review of what I know that day I sleep from about 6p.m. to one a.m. then sleep on and off until fully rested than like I'm doing now calming my nerves for the tournament. studying tactical positions and playing chess is the best warm up you can get before the tournament.

I always go through a full stretch and warm up exercise before all important games. If my opponent sees me and is intimidated then all the better.

I don't play the day before a tournament... take DHA the week before and during the tournament... eat bananas, as they i have stomach issues during the first day of a tournament lol... chess is going to kill me lol

sleep for 4 hours, then get diarea... then realise i'm just stressed out... then eat three fingernails.

para sakin....1 day b4 the tournament proper rest...then jog and exercise on that day b4 the tournament. Remenber "A Sound Body Is A Sound Mind" and 5 min b4 the game start take 10 deep breath...para mabawasan ang kaba sa paglalaro...
Can we ask some greatest players what exercises or warm up they used ,before entering the tournament.Me i just jogged and some strechings and rest for slepp maintaning 8 hrs a day.No smoking,water theraphy nad take banana fruits always.
