In your most recent match you used 23 seconds of your remaining 21 minutes to find a move which was the critical blunder which led to your resignation. Your opponent's knight was a much greater threat than you had hoped. The remedy for this is to spend more time thinking about your moves. In particular, you need to answer the question, with a degree of reliability, "If I make this move, what move will my opponent make?" before making your move. You won't always be correct but skipping answering it is the fast track to losses.
Chess isn't fun. WHY CAN'T I WIN???

Firstly, moderate your language. Then work out whether you want to continue playing chess, as it obviously stresses you out.
I honestly don't have the motivation to keep playing chess.
I regret starting it.
I can't win the majority of the time, but I thrive on the competitiveness of chess. I love playing competitive games, whether it be chess or some other game vastly different to chess.
What keeps me playing chess is just a determination to win, despite me averaging 5 - 10+ blunders a game.

Have you lot ever tried eating a few bowls of parsnips a few times a week. & getting the odd cod liver oil tab up ya. Feed the brain & try again.

Also me-Correct, it’s much more important than that!

it took me 6+ months to get from lowest 400 elo to 1000 in rapid, take it easy, slow but steady learn tactical motifs (https://chesstempo.com/tactical-motifs) and positional (https://chesstempo.com/positional-motifs)

stop working hard. stop studying. To have fun just play hyperbullet. You will reach to rating 1000 at least.

I want to really love Chess it just kind of sucks. I’m sure to some people it doesn’t suck at all but to me it will always kind of suck even when I’m winning

Your sense of tempo is terrible. You waste too many moves.
A huge part of being a great chess player is understanding the importance of tempo, which you're lacking in.
My advice right now is for you to do lessons. A lot of them. Lessons with videos too. A lot of them. There are certain fundamental principles that you're not understanding.

That’s because you don’t like chess. Play the #2 game Attack Hole instead.

What In the world is attack hole lol
I've already lost 8 times in a row and now my ELO is down from the highest 840 to 740.
why do i keep losing Even though I'm working hard on puzzles and analysis?
why why why ? ? ? ? ? I am very stressed out.
The more I try, the more I lose! ! ! ! ! !
What have my efforts thus far yielded? ? ! ?
They were utterly worthless!
do you want to watch my fucking game?
This is really bad.
A newborn baby is better determined than I am!
My IQ is obviously low!
The more I play chess, the more my self-esteem is destroyed! !
I'm sick of it already!
Not fun at all!
i don't know what to do
Why am I going to stay at a low rank for the rest of my life?
Am I a fatally flawed, disabled person who can't even improve?
I hate everything anymore
