Which one is yours?

I have tested as Alekhine (Mastermind) and Nakamura (Barbarian) in the past, though this time I ended up as Steinitz (Mad Scientist).

I play the Vienna Game and the King's Gambit, so, opening-wise, Steinitz seems quite spot on. I tend to cut some corners and play (sometimes overly) aggressively later on, however, so perhaps all of these results are somewhat accurate for me – disregarding, of course, that my level is extremely far below these guys.

I got surgion this time I guess it all depends on the mood you are in at the moment you take the test. I was earlier a chess champion in another test.

It suggests ruy lopez opening for white which I play, but also suggests french defense for black, which I usually avoid in favor of sicilian.

I've been told by two different people that I have a Tal-like playing style, but somehow I never get Tal as a result on this quiz.

I play aggressively with white, but I couldn't honestly say my style resembles Tal.

Over my 9 months of chess, I have taken this test 4 times, spread out fairly evenly I think.  I have gotten 3 different labels, but what I find most interesting are the little bars on the side that display your supposed attributes.  If they are to be believed, I have become more calm, and intuitive, while remaining just as attacking, and becoming more and more solid.  Also, apparently, I should really be playing the Ruy Lopez and Sicilian instead of the Queen's Gambit and the Caro Kann.  I certainly have been wanting to dump the Caro Kann recently.
