Chess problems

Hello, i'm making this post to get some advice how i can tackle some specific problems i have been facing in chess. I have been playing chess for more than 1 year or so, i have been having these problems for a long time now but can't pinpoint on how i can fix this.

1) Its taking me way too much effort to see the mobility of a piece, I'm not sure if this is common but i literally have to trace the path carefully every few seconds to see a piece's mobility. Like in this game where i'm playing black, i remember calculating on how i will take my rook up there and grab that pawn alongside attacking the bishop. I literally could not tell the bishop can just take my rook. In some cases i don't realise it until the opponent plays the move (like here in move 21), and in more likeable cases i just find it immediately after making the move.

2) Connecting thoughts is yet another problem. Like in this game below at move 12 my thought process were: "i cannot take the bishop otherwise queen will come to g4" then "my knight is protecting g4 so i can take the bishop" but then "i still cannot take the bishop otherwise Qg4+". Idk what happened to me here but i just couldn't bring these two thoughts together for some reason.

3) i very often get way too focused on one area of the board to the point it gets very hard to break my focus and shift it to some other area of the board. The problem of not able to hold information (memory slips) about multiple threats at once makes it worse.

Here in move 9, i was so focused i couldn't see my rook protecting my queen and hence didn't take the bishop. In the same game at move 22, i did saw that light squared bishop and traced where its path a few moves ago. This info didn't stick in my mind. Even when i traced the bishop's path again in move 22, it just felt so foggy doing it idk why.

4) Last and the main problem is that i just keep missing things in my calculations here and there. I usually calculate 2-3 lines before making a series of moves which include bad lines as well. But a lot of times i just end up missing stuff. I think its just because i keep forgetting to check. I have done things like setting an alarm every 2 mins or keeping a note alongside saying "Scan your moves", but i always end up just completely forgetting about all of it right after the opening.

Look at this game at the end part, i was forced to move my queen 3 times because i end up not checking the Kd4. And then after calculating a few things on how i will prevent checkmate i got hit with Bg4 and i was cooked. I guess of course i won't always be able to calculate every single thing but i am just missing such things so frequently that its getting annoying and i want to fix asap.

So that was the list of problems. I have myself tried fixing these problems by practicing master games, did a lot of puzzles and "guess the moves". I was able to understand why some moves were better and all but i guess thats not really a problem but being able to find these moves are. If possible then you can look into my games on this account, i have started playing slower 15 10 instead of 10min. You can see some moves i have only taken like 2 or 5 seconds but thats because i had already calculated that line a few moves ago.

I know the solution is just "practicing being able to do all these" but currently my brain is just unable to do it. I don't think i have much problems with chess principles since i'm able to remember and apply them often from what i believe (but i may be wrong). I have not perfected my openings but only memorised to a certain point and then i play everything by myself. These problems i think tend to happen more in longer games. Also i think i should point this out that some of these problems are kinda general, by which i mean that they also occur in other things i do other than chess.
