Im Confused! How can i get a FIDE Rating or ELO one! If its not possible is there some software or tool that can test it and give an accurate value of what it might be?? ;/

FIDE ratings are obtained by playing in FIDE events. Elo simply refers to Arpad Elo, the Hungarian mathematician who pioneered the statistical system that is used to rate chess games. The US Chess Federation uses the Elo system to rate players. So just play in a bunch of USCF tournaments and you should get a rating. If in another country, find out what rating system your home country's chess organization uses in tournaments and go to it! Laughing

Keep in mind that FIDE ratings are different from USCF ratings, and you will get a USCF rating if you participate in American tournaments. The USCF rating is probably some 100-200 points higher that the FIDE one.
