Intention is to assess how regularly does the chess community analyze their tournament games (or for that matter even the young chess students in coaching classes) who write scoresheets. And if they do, would they find it convenient to save some time if they didn't have to enter their moves manually.
If so, quite possibly CheSScan could be of use to them.
Disclaimer: I am the developer of CheSScan. For now it scans tournament scoresheets, but soon (hopefully within a month) I will be adding capability to scan chess positions.
