Chess Strategy: 2 vs 3 pawn Minority Attack, Opposite Side Castling as Black?

Hey guys,

Positions with opposite side castling can come up frequently and my question is what are some key themes for Black?
More specifically, what are some general ways Black should advance his queenside pawn minority?

I.e., in a position like the following, how should black proceed after taking over the c file?

Boogalicious

Advance his a and b pawns?

I would try to get my knight on c4 or a4, then Qb6 and push the pawns, leaving sacs like Nxb2 hanging in the air
