Yes, I haven't found anything that comes close to this. Chessimo is the next best, in my opinion, of all those I've tried, but nothing beats the interface of Chess Tempo.
IMO, CT-ART is very ugly and hard to use, as is ChessMentor (the offline version).
This is so true chesstempo is just amazing. It has over 33000 problems and a great interface, as well as both timed and untimed rating systems.
