Chessbase light & e-books

Hi all...I have chessbase light 2007, Fritz 12, and a couple of everyman e-books on my laptop, which I'm going to have to wipe clean and re-install the OS. Does anyone know if there is a newer (free) version of chessbase light and how do I swing the e-books over to a different computer?  I can't seem to find the e-book file...I was hoping to be able copy the e-books onto a flashdrive and put it on a different computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

There is chessbase light 2009.

After that they never updated it.

There's something called Chessbase Reader 2013. I never installed it, so I can't say if it's just an updated and renamed Chessbase Light, or if it's something significantly different. (I'd guess the former.) But CBR 2013 is three times the file size of CBL 2009 (250 MB vs. 80 MB).
