You can’t tell what it’s worth without balance sheets and profit and loss statements. What are its earnings? As Far as I can see, it’s only income is from membership sales, which I doubt are much more than enough to cover operations. It must be spending plenty to try to fix the recent capacity problems. It’s a fantastic website but not as a big profit maker, so its market value is kind of irrelevant.
