I am no where near, but if you are close and only have a few outstanding stamps, its probably a good idea to look for an online chess club in that jurisdiction, then send some games invites to a few of those active members.
I am from a small place, and I was wondering if/when I will ever bump into someone else from Jersey, or our neighbouring island Guernsey, then it dawned on me that I am in their chess club lol.
Is there a north Korean club? And are there any Russians here? I don't see any Russian flags.
