How do you convert (approximately) your chess.com online turn-based rating and live rating into USCF, FIDE, and Elo ratings? Just looking for a rough idea.

Live blitz =, live standard +200, online -300, roughly!

So if I were, on this site, live blitz of 1400, I should be around live standard of 1600 and online (turn-based) of 1100? Or do I have it backward?

How does that translate to Elo, USCF, and FIDE?
