No. Also no.
could i get banned for 97% acuracy

It's not the percentage that only plays the factor in finding out if someones a cheater.
you can have a 97% accuracy in a game because the opponent played terrible moves and u took advantage.
The difference between you and a cheater is you'll get a 97% accuracy in 1/500+ games, but a cheater gets over 95% accuracy for almost ALL of their games. They will play moves that make no sense to the human eye. GothamChess has made videos about this showcasing bizarre moves and ideas in the middle game by players using an engine.
It's pretty obvious to tell if you're using an engine during a game by your play. dominating someone whos playing bad moves does not look like cheating, simple.

You may get banned for having two accounts. I have a 99% accuracy game and I'm still here, so, to answer your question, no you will not be banned for one great game.
If your average accuracy is over 95%, you will probably be banned though.
You should get the award for worst spelling in a non-gibberish post though.

Two things to be aware of: 1. Detecting cheaters is quite a bit more complex than just the accuracy. One of the key factors for example is the time between moves... Cheaters will often take approximately the same amount of time for every move. 2. Accuracy is helpful in evaluating a particular game but not between games or between players. If you set up an opening trap, and your opponent falls into it and then resigns then, well, you may have played a virtually perfect game and may get 98 or 99 percent accuracy. And you will likely score higher than a grandmaster playing a 90 move slugfest where he ran low on time before winning. It (alas) doesn't make you better than the grandmaster.
i dont play much on this account, but cant post on my account i usually use. I played a game against somebody and got 97% accuracy. My highest before that was 93, and in the game i played now i had no inaccuracies. If my rating is only 1117 and even less in blitz does this mean I will get banned?
this is the game i got it in https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/47905778281?tab=review
If you get banned you get banned. If you get muted, like you possibly were on your other account, you get muted. Will it rain today? I think you know the answer to that one.
