Crazy Queens

I have been playing chess against some newer players, like myselft and here is the biggest problem I have.  Some people just go all crazy Queen as I try to develop my pieces.  Now yesterday I played a guy like this, and I tried to attack his Queen and develop my pieces at the same time and when he finally moved his Queen back I had everything developed and he had nothing but his queen and some pawns out.  There was a bishop/knight exchange and he was up either one or two pawns.  This time as I am slowly improving and he had nothing developed I was able to get all his pieces, promote a pawn and mate him.  But those crazy aggressive queens can be a pain especially when you are still studying tactics and thinking a couple moves ahead.  Is there a good response for these types of players.

Just do what you said, develop and attack. Don't over extend yourself though, no good ruining your defence in a futile queen chase.
