If it's a custom position tournament, that's by design as I understand it.
As to anyone that doesn't qualify, it's possible they will before it starts but you should be able to remove anyone before then

It's 960. Chess.com created a complete separate rating system for 960, then that doesn't make sense to me
I recently created a tournament for my club and can't make the games rated. I reached out but apparently support is experimenting with a new bot, so no help there.
Now I noticed another weird thing, the list of registered players is incorrect. The number does not correspond with what the main tournament page states. And the list ends at a rating where I know several lower rated (me included) are also registered. What is going on with (daily) tournaments?
Simply said, I have 1256 and am in it, the list stops at 1640 rating. And I know 100% sure there are people in it lower rated than me! Also on the main tournament page it says 48, while the players list stops at 50.
Is data mingled here?
EDIT(addendum): I noticed a player joined and left the club, which for me makes him ineligible, but because the list of players is incorrect and cuts off above his rating I couldn't even remove him.
