Deleting and creating account with the same email address

I want to delete my account and create it again with the same email address. Is that possible or I am going to need to use another account?

You can change your username by yourself. (The limit is once.)

If the purpose is to reset your stats, you are wasting your time. Your stats will return to where they are now very quickly.

If there is another reason, we'd love to hear it.

At any rate, you should write an email to support for questions like that.

Well... my habilities are not going to get improved by deleting the account and creating a new one, so restating the stats are not the reason. The matter is that I am having several errors lately. Some of the issues affect the stats, some others the game experience but all of them looks to be happening only to me. So, I want to delete the account and create a new one to see if it stop the issues.

I just wanna know, can I create the new account with the same email address?

Pretty sure you can't use the same address. Also, the issue you posted about before is not a bug affecting your profile but the way the rating graph works.

You can use the same email. Just delete this account first.

How to delete a cancelled account?

You can't delete accounts. You can only close them. The games have to stay to maintain the database.

I lost track of this account and opened another with the same email id, probably. Now I have managed to get back here. Should I close the new account?
