Did Hans Niemann really beat Christopher Yoo?

In the opening day of the US Championship, it was reported that Hans Niemann won against Christopher Yoo.
However, since it has been persuasively shown that Niemann cheated in online games in the last several years, can we not then move seamlessly into pronouncing him "a cheater" and therefore not actually winning the over-the-board games that we all saw?
Perhaps we can imagine something more fantastical than vibrating anal beads that communicate moves from Stockfish.  I'm at a loss, though.

Help me out here.  How can the chess community best set aside the chess and continue the more important work of destroying an individual?

I sense the humor ... But on a serious note, Yoo beat himself in that game, when he initiated a losing sequence of exchanges.

He essentially forced Hans into a winning position, which Hans was surely grateful for.

It only muddies the discussion more, because now people will point to that game as evidence that refutes the allegations ...
