do you ever have dreams about chess?

I do, I have a reccuring dream where I am just walking down the street and Bobby Fischer just walks up and starts teaching me chess.

Do you have any dreams that involve chess?

I think I've had that one as well a few months ago.

I have various dreams about chess, sometimes when I am trying to move various objects that are not chess pieces.

I was thinking about this lately. I had a nightmare with chess. I was in a giant chessboard and I was a pinned piece. A train was comming to me but I couldn't move! Wake up in sweat! (and I have to lay down chess for a while!!)

I do have one when I was in year 6 chess and that year was the time that my interest in chess is growing. There was a night I dreamed a game with a finish of a back rank mate of a rook. The next day when I came in the classroom I challenged the best boy when it comes to chess. Then guess what? I won with a checkmate exactly what was in my dream the night before a back rank mate!

i dream about playing chess...  often actually.  there are many nights when i'm thinking about chess as i fall asleep.  maybe this leads to chess dreams...
