does anybody heard of a chess move called il vaticano?

Sounds like someone is trying to pull one over on you
There is no such move like that. There is only one move in chess which moves two pieces in a single move and this is the special move called "castling" where the King and a Rook both move in the same move.
There is no such move where both Bishops can move in a single move.

It's a hoax. Il Vaticano | Know Your Meme

I checked
Il Vaticano refers to a hoax orchestrated by the subreddit /r/AnarchyChess, where participants discuss and make memes about a special move named "Il Vaticano." The supposed special move involves two bishops flanking two chess pieces on either side and switching positions with each other as a means of capturing the middle pieces. The hoax began in late December 2022, with Redditor MidnightFireworks being the earliest creator to discuss the move on December 20th. The subreddit /r/AnarchyChess often creates hoax chess moves, sometimes bolstered by the inclusion of the "En Passant," a real although uncommon chess move involving pawns.

But I read that it's a legit rule like en passent
Of course you read that. Do you know what the word "hoax" means? False information is always part of a hoax.
