Does anyone have USCF ratings supplements circa 1981-1989?

Trying to prove an old rating?

I actually wish all the old ones were published online somewhere. I've wanted to look up local players that are no longer active, and don't exist in the online database (or have nothing pre-1991).

You can look at old January issues of CL&R on https://new.uschess.org/chess-life-digital-archives back when they actually published the complete member rating list. But if I recall correctly, if a player was not active 3 or 6 or x-number of months prior, they weren't listed in that year's annual index. The only way to definitively know is using the old ratings supplements mailed to TD's during the year, and afaik not available anywhere online.
