Does black have an advantage in bullet?

Imo, in bullet games black actually has an advantage over white, due to the fact that the clock starts after black makes his first move. This means that:

1. If white wants to make premoves several moves deep after making his first move, he has absolutely no knowledge of black's opening. Of course, he could start making premoves after black has made his first move, but that would cost his time. Whereas for black it is easier to make promoves immediately after making the first move, since black has already seen the first move of white's opening.

2. For black to win on time, he has to play the same number of moves as white in a shorter amount of time. For white to win on time, he has to play 1 more move than black in a shorter amount of time.

What is a bullet game anyway?

On chess.com it's pretty much anything with time controls shorter than 3/0.
