This is very similar to the wikipedia article. The Petrosian game there he had a positional advantage, but hung his queen!

THIS IS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MAKE CHESS SO FRUSTRA IT AT TIMES.YOU THINK SO MANY PLAYS AND YOU END UP DOING A MISTAKE SOME TIMES AS PAINFULL AS LOOSING A KEY PIECE.IT REALLY HURTS.
