Don't fall for Mittens trap

Chess.com has made a new set of bots for new year! It is called the cats. There is Scaredy Cat (800), Angry Cat (1000), Mr. Grumpers (1200), Catspurrov (1400) and Mittens (1). Even though the bot called Mittens is rated 1 (!!!??) you might find that she is VERY VERY VERY HARD! I've tried so much times to beat her, but I never do! Challenge mode, Friendly mode, Assisted mode or Custom mode I can't.  She plays weir openings and checkmates in middle games (is it only for players like me?). So dear player play against Mittens and tell me if you won or lost!

What about Stockfish and AlphaZero?

It is strong by human standards, but this isn't the highest bot ever programed. All of the chess.com "personality" bots like Mittens are various versions of Komodo. As @MumboJumboFan12 brings up, I'm virtually certain the highest versions of Stockfish and AlphaZero are higher rated than the browser version of Komodo which Mittens is using (and even still I highly doubt Mittens is the highest version of Komodo; just a strong one is more likely).

Many titled players like IM Eric Rosen and IM Levy Rozman got destroyed by Mittens. Even GM Hikaru Nakamura (@Hikaru) only got a draw against Mittens from what I hear.

first put the time control to 1 minute

Then just play spam moves until their time runs out

this works with all good rated bots.
