I have several software platforms with chess engines that are capable of creating a rating for me. None of the ratings have any merit or relevance outside of tweaking the engine to play at an appropriate level.

Once while I was at a store with some friends I saw a chess engine that actually rated your performance just like USCF and other federation's I just want to know is there another engine that rate's your play (I would go back to the store but they on't have it anymore) or do you know any even if you know of one but it cost money. pleeeasse help.
