Out of curiosity, what chess variant has forced en passant? In normal chess games it is an option.
If by chance this is a normal game, stockfish will not see mate in 3 because the engine runs off of best play. No matter what black plays it is followed with Qg7#.

Black has to play c5 to win because white is forced to capture en passant dxe6! (because en passant is forced) and then the rook slides to d1 for a back-rank mate!!!
