hehe i wasnt encouraging female members to post pics! lol, i was asking for the ones that have/ do, to post at least one of a chess.com sign being held by themselves so we know its them in the pic and not some good looking strangers profile pics of facebook hehe

Yea I agree there are a lot of fake pics on here.
Sometimes when accusing someone of deception it can backfire though. Not too long ago "immortalgamer" here at chess.com was accused of posting a fake pic of himself on his profile. (scroll down a bit)

Anyway, that picture is of a guy/model appearing on a well-known reality show here in the states a couple of years back. The person accusing him obviously thought "immortalgamer" stole the picture off of google. A lot of other people did too as far as I remember. Well, it turns out it's actually him. We have a reality show star playing among us. And he's very good at chess.
Here was the proof immortalgamer had to post to vindicate himself. lol
