First Move Advantage Exists I Can Solve for It
Fella, this is hardly a groundbreaking revelation... In virtually every turn-based game, he/she who goes first has the advantage. And nothing needs to be done, first because the advantage is small, and second, on average you'll spend the same number of games playing as White than as Black.

It is an indisputable fact that the person who moves first has a higher chance of winning. Chess.com itself posts statistics on this. I propose we solve by giving the person who moves second bishop odds every single game. This will help counteract this toxic situation which favors the person who moves first.
somebody has to go first in all board games. But this is not how chess is. maybe little known to you, but chess is an ancient game. Chess.com are not in charge of chess rules, and I dont think they will ever change. Also a bishop odds make black better off, so whats your logic there? doing that will create bigger odds.

A commonly played game called Hearthstone gives reparations to those who go second to counteract this toxic first move advantage. The solution exists, why deny it?

The first move advantage means nothing for real.
King's Gambit is good for black, so one pawn is more than the first move advantage.

Unless it allows you to punch first
Moving first does not seem to give you advantage

So you're drawing conclusions on the basis of nine decisive games?
Weak.
