"My first OTB tournament is on sunday" ++ Good luck.

"i have some scotch, caro and dutch prepared" ++ Not really useful.

"i am really nervous" ++ That is normal, but there is no need to.

"give me some advice" ++ Play some practice games with the same time control against a strong engine. Spend time outdoor, in fresh air. Sleep well, eat light. Visit the restroom before you play. Do not bring any electronic equipment into the playing area: no cell phone, no watch, no headset... Bring a pen for your score sheet. Use all the time available by the time control. Time is a resource, use it. Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.

thank you so much for the advice but opening prep is not useful? and it lasts the whole day so your advice is wonderful

"opening prep is not useful?"
++ Not really. Chances are big that what you prepared does not happen.

Nervousness is natural, especially before your first tournament. Remember that every player experiences nerves and try to channel that energy into focus and determination. Remind yourself of your preparation and trust in your abilities.

Try to accept what happens without being too worried about it - it is completely normal to have a bad first tournament and that’s ok and doesn’t mean you are bad at chess

Don't worry about the score. Don't sweat about winning and losing.

Even if you lost all your games, the over-the-board experience is absolutely priceless.

For improving at chess, there's nothing better you could have spent the money on.
