Fischer Time Control - No Software ???

I want to use my computer/laptop as a chess clock.  So far (after 3 hours) I have been unable to find any software on the net that works as a chess clock with the new rules from 2001.

There is actually one program I found but it will not run under Vista - and that is at chesseclock dot com.  It looks good and only costs $9 but will not install.

There must be other clock software out there? ?  Please help.

Maybe nobody has found a software with those requirements (I haven't btw).

Well, do you guys play with the Fischer Increment regularly?  If so, how do you do it?  Did you buy one of the electronic clocks?

Would you use such a software if it was available? 

Timekeeping would be just one of your problems not to worry about, if you discarded VISTA.

Haven't heard of a proper program for it though. There are some desinged for rubik's cube solvers etc. that might work though.
