There is a flip board option below the buttons under the move list. Looks like a square recycle symbol.
flip the board

Actually gentlemen, I STILL CAN'T FIND IT. I'll have to use the app., at least there I can flip the board even if it is awkward to do so.

Are you also trying to find the option in the game type the OP was looking for?

Oh, as in viewing the board from the opposite side. That was not what I thought of when I read the title.

What do you mean, "game type the OP was looking for"?
The OP was specifically asking about the Play vs Computer.
Flipping the board in Live is differrent; the icon is below the resize board option but you have to put your cursor over that to see it. I believe Daily is the same but don't have a current game and am on mobile so can't tell for sure.

Martin Stahl, I don't know how to do a screenshot, don't even know what it is.
Here's what happens: In old Chess.com,When playing as white in a 30 minute live game and my opponet resigns I am given the option to finish game by computer. I am asked to go to new Chess, com.
I log in to old chess.com and the board comes up. Sometimes the board shows white at the botton of the board and sometimes the black is shown at the bottom of the board. When black is shown at the bottom, I wish to flip the board so that white shows up at the bottom.
I can't find the "button" to flip the board to the correct position.

Yeah, that method should launch the normal Play vs Computer interface. I'll post a screenshot later but flip board is the first icon under the buttons.
This new chess.com is impossible to navigate.
How in the world do you flip the board when using "finish game against the computer"
I can't find the darn secret!
