2. No matter what device your on fully restart it and see if that helps
3. It could just be server side and there is nothing you can do about it

When is it happening? If it's after the first move, you're most likely being disconnected and the game end happens when the reconnect occurs.

Thanks, but it just happened again. It's just really bad code, I think. The app just isn't made well.
I don't use the app at all, but it has happened to me a few times. This was back in September/October time frame. A software update on my end seems to have solved the problem, as it hasn't happened since then.
