Game Collecting

Hi . I am currently collecting all of my games since 2012 .

There are like 30 of them , and I'm pretty sure there will be more . Now how can I use these materials for my chess study ? Is there a program that I can use to , say , track my win-draw-loss percentage , which opening I win / lose the most , common endgame materials etc . ?

And also , can anyone give me a couple of tips when I annotate / analyze my games ?

Good Day ,

Alcher :)
